Hi lovelies! Spruce up your wall with an easy garland! So cute and easy! The trick is getting the right fabric!
Pick vintage fabrics, which you can buy at thrift stores for ridiculously low prices and cute them into flags, using one as a template.
I am absolutely obsessed with the apples fabric! I which I could have more of it to make a cutsie dress out of it! Its so school-girlish ..
Then you'll need some yarn, (length depends on you, how long you want it, or how wide your wall is).. and a yarn needle.
Than make some stitched across the tops of your flags, with about half an inch to an inch of space in between..
tah-dah! I put mine above my closet :0) i love it, so...

enjoy! xoxo

DIY tissue paper pom poms
sweet paper pom poms are cute and super easy to make! they make decorating easy!
all you need is tissue paper in your choice of colors, scissors, and strings or yarn. (you might need tape if your rip your tissue .-. ...just throwing that out there)
fold your tissue paper and cut them into squares. the bigger the square, the bigger the pom pom.
for one pom pom, you need at least 8 squares of tissue paper.
stack your tissue paper into a pile, and fold as if you were making a fan. like an accordion.
fold them so they zig zag like this.
._.
tie your string/yarn half way down your tissue paper.
cut both ends of your tissue paper. you can either cut it to be round, or pointy. both are adorable!!
save the excess of what you cut off! you can save them and use them to stuff your gift boxes!
see! adorable shreds to fill in your gift boxes/christmas gifts ...anyways, back to the tutorial...
now separate each tissue paper on both sides! fluff them out!
you can hang them from your ceiling
you can make small ones and tie them to yarn to make an adorable garland! <3
i <3 owls
or, you can put them on top of gifts! i used paper bags (from the grocery store) as wrapping paper, white yarn and my pom poms! i used white copy paper as my tags and used cute stamps to personalize!
<3

P.S. you can make pom poms with many colors of tissue paper, play with it and discovery what you love! staying in season, choose christmas colored tissue paper and make them to be adorable christmas ornaments! (keep away from heat, just in case .-. ) hope you enjoyed this DIY... xoxo

DIY mini Christmas wreaths garland
im in love with my mini wreath garland! simple to make and cute for the holidays!
you will need red ribbon, fake/plastic Christmas tree branch, wire (preferably in green), and yarn in your color of choice.
snip off your fake Christmas tree branch. they need to be plastic so that we can twist and bend it into a circle.
twist and bend it to form a circle, like so ._.
stab through your red ribbon with your wire!
twist your wire around your mini wreath! and than.....
tie your red ribbon!
put the yarn in between the wire and than wrap the wire around your mini wreath.. and tah dah! enjoy! xoxo

DIY garland

i love garlands! they're simply adorable and an easy way to decorate...everything! they're easy and fun to do! enjoy!
pick out your fabrics! it may be those that have been stored for what seems centuries, or those cutie fabrics you just bought at the thrift store!
you can see that i forgot to iron my fabric first, so i ironed after i cut my flags out...guateva! the point is you want to iron at some point .-.
i freehandedly drew out one flag, and used that one to trace out the rest, flip over your fabric and with chalk, or pen trace them! if you're a beast than you can just cut away!
cut as many as you'd like..i cut out a lot because I made a couple of garlands..some to sell and some to decorate!
i sewed the top of my flags with white yarn and a yarn needle. i love the look of stitches, but if you'd like, you can just hot glue yarn on top, or just connect the tip corners of the flags! many ways of doing this, do what you think is cutest!
i stamped red fox on one of my flags with stamp letters! get creative! you can sew on embroidery stuff, lace, you can paint on your flags..the list goes on! play!
