Panda Lovin' Nails DIY

The cutest nails are also the simplest!
I figured a picture of a real panda was necessary for this post :0)
Paint  3/4 of your nails white, with a rounded top. Apply two coats.
I highly recommend making this tool for perfect pandas, this tool will SO come in handy in the nail painting part of your life! here is a link for the DIY from the girls over at The Beauty Department
With the tip of your pencil (the writing tip), make a little black dot. This will be the panda's nose, God forbid they can't breathe!
Than with your cool new dotting tool, make two black dots where your white ends. These will be your panda's ears, because we want your pandas to be able to hear you typing and texting!
Than make eyes for your little pandas by dotting black right underneath them ears :0)
Than with the writing tip of your pencil, dot white in the black.
Now the final touches are all up to you! You can either dot black with the writing tip of your pencil to detail the eye like my ring finger panda in the photo above :0) on two of my pandas you can see that I put rosey cheeks on them with a very light pink nail polish, also using the cool dotting tool :0)

I hope you all enjoyed this lil' tutorial and have fun with your pandas!! Feel free to name them like me. I have Francis, Joanie (mad men), Dexter (dexter), Lucy, and Maria.

Spring Nails: Retro Nails
When I thought of retro nails, this is what came to mind. Simple, blue with white polkadots, and red polkadots over the white ones. different sized polkadots to add dimension and retroness :0)
This nail polish is a hidden treasure that I stumbled by at Target. Made by Sally Hansen- Xtreme wear 340 Mint Sorbet! Its super pigmented! Its rockin all by itself!
Than with a tip of a makeup brush I polkadotted white (SinfulColors Pro 1 Snow me White) and than polkadotted red ( NYC 131 Big Apple Red Creme) over it. Doesn't need to be perfect, in fact, I think it looks better that way.

This is a fun and colorful look that will brighten up your outfit! Enjoy!

This week I will be giving tutorials for Spring Nails! First, thee watermelon! Sweet and juicy nails! Super easy and obviously adorable! Keep reading to see how you can make this nail art to dec out your Spring!

What you need: light green, regular green, pink, black nail art (ultra skinny brush), and white nail polish. White is optional.

I used: For my light green I used China Glaze " For Audrey" , my regular green was gifted and the name brand was rubbed off. For my pink I used Sally Hansen in . Black Nail Art, you can buy this at Sally's. My white is from SinfulColors, which you can purchase at Target.

one. Paint your nails pink.
two. Paint your tips green.
three. stripe your tips with light green.
four. make seeds with the tip of your black nail art brush

On your ring finger, paint a white line underneath your green stripped tip. You can opt. for no white line, or opt. for all of your nails to have the white line. I think it looks cute both ways, this is a decision you will have to make ;0)
